Law on Protection of Personal Data - IGR Metals Trading DMCC
Updated Version - Effective Date: April 06, 2018: Article 1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“Law”).
In this policy, “IGR” stands for Istanbul Gold Refinery and all its subsidiaries. we value our relationships with our customers. We respect our customers’ concerns about the Protection of Personal Data i-e their personal information, both online and offline. As such, we are committed to providing you with the safest information handling practices and offer you the opportunity to update, change, or remove your information at any time.
1: Collection of Personal Information/Data:
This Protection of Personal Data policy outlines how IGR, stores, utilizes and discloses personal information. Personal information is gathered by your visits to our website, business meetings, or responses to our marketing messages, or formal electronic emails either by IGR or other third parties, and consists of information about you that is personally identifiable- like your name, address, email address, IP address, or phone number, etc.
You will be able to choose whether or not you want to provide that information. However, if you choose not to provide some information, for example, related to IGR Due Diligence compliance process or your credit status, it may not be possible for you to proceed with your chosen business activity with IGR.

IGR may use information collected from recipients of our marketing campaigns, provide products and services;, and our marketing partners, advertisers, and other third parties for any of the following purposes in either the online or offline arena: fulfill requests for products, services, or information; provide customer service; offer new products and services; conduct research and analysis; send marketing communications; improve the effectiveness of our business, and perform other business activities. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes

Any information collected about you will be secure and not shared with any third parties unless you give prior permission for that information to be shared. However, IGR may have to disclose personally identifiable information it considers necessary in order to comply with court orders, governmental or law enforcement requests, or to a third party to which ownership of IGR is transferred via an acquisition, merger, sale of assets, etc.
